Tunisia’s Most Wanted Terrorists

Since October 30, 2013, about two months after the Tunisian government designated Ansar al-Sharia in Tunisia as a terrorist organization, it began to put out most wanted-style posters online to gather information on suspected individuals that had been involved in terrorist violence or had joined a terrorist group (Katibat ‘Uqbah Bin Nafi and the Islamic State in particular). Based on research for my forthcoming book, there have been 135 such notices. Moreover, I tried to determine, which individuals were currently killed (red), imprisoned (orange), or abroad (blue). All the others have white backgrounds. If you think I have missed any individuals in an overall sense or there are those within the below list that should be categorized as killed, imprisoned, or abroad please let me know so I can keep this as up to date and correct as possible.

  1. Yes, I’m aware of it. Thank you. I’ve already translated it to English.
